ZOMBIELAND TV PILOT AVAILABLE ONLINE

Well, that was certainly fast! It seems like only yesterday that we were all hearing rumors of a possible Zombieland television series. But today Amazon has officially released the first pilot episode online via Amazon Instant Video. The retail giant recently obtained a number of brand new shows and original programing in an effort to expand their streaming video service, and Zombieland has made the cut. However, now it’s up to fans to decide the fate of the series.

Original writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick helped develop and produce Zombieland for television. But once they reached a distribution deal with Amazon, things began to move forward quickly! And now that the pilot is available online for free, Amazon will be monitoring viewer’s reactions to determine whether there’s a future for the series itself.
