Other than the fact that chainsaws are notoriously bad zombie defense weapons, and this bike would be too loud for any real survival scenario, we sure do like the way it looks!
The motor not only powers the chainsaw itself, but is also connected to the bike’s front wheel propelling it forward. Completely impractical, but pretty cool nonetheless.

So, if one had to choose an open air vehicle, why would a moped not be top on the list? I could in theory go from Brownsville to Austin on what a normal vehicle would take to just go to Corpus Christi (or vice versa in all likelihood as Mexico would probably be crazier and thus safer).
Mopeds? Really? The chainsaw bike would be better than a moped in this instance. At least then you would have some way of killing zombies and look cool in the proscess. Nothing beats a good old mountain bike. Manpower is all that’s needed really. That and an air pump if you think about it. If for some reason it breaks down, parts really arnt that scarce. It also may take you longer to reach your destination, but what if there are roadblocks? Just pick it up and go over. Gas? No need. Also the longer travels will make you stop frequently, which I think is a good thing. Could find survivors, weapons, ammo, food, as much as you can carry in your rucksack. Being alone also makes for easier avoidance and you don’t have to worry about others slowing you down. At least not in the beginning.
