The Long Beach Zombie Walk Music and Art Festival is hosting a very special contest as part of their annual event this year, and you can help! In collaboration with the Long Beach Cinematheque and Toaster Music, aspiring filmmakers were given the opportunity to present their work as part of the official Guts And Bolts short film festival.
Seven short films were selected for competition and you can help decide the winners of the Online Audience Award. Simply visit the official website to view each of the entries and cast your vote!
The GUTS AND BOLTS Short Film Festival had a simple mission – to seek original works that included either a zombie or a robot (or both), and that was less than five minutes long – and we’re excited to have received seven great short films! See them all at http://zombiewalklb.com/guts-n-bolts-vote-2013/, and vote for your favorite by “liking” its YouTube link (click on the Thumbs Up botton!).
In addition to the Online Audience Award, two more prizes will be awarded including an Audience Award as voted for by the evening’s audience, and a Jury Award presented by a special panel of guest judges. All seven films will screen this Friday night as part of a free mixed media performance and art show. But you can watch them all online right now!
