ZRS Board Member, Dr. Bradley Voytek, gave a talk on zombie brain function at Nerd Night SF last month.  It was a follow up to his joint lecture with fellow Board Member, Dr. Timothy Verstynen, at zomBcon in late 2010.  In case you missed one or both, here’s the video:

  4. This video is particularly enlightening. The zombie phenomenon is quite fascinating and knowledge of true neuro-scientists taking on projects such as mapping of the zombie brain is pretty cool. I do believe the definition of the zombie disorder is excellent and could be a truly foreseeable disorder with the constantly evolving slews of diseases and virus’s plaguing the globe.
