Z NATION – ZOMBIE CAST INTERVIEWS CRAIG ENGLER

The fourth season of Z Nation kicked off last month on the SyFy Channel with an amazing new episode! Fans were taken by surprise when the series shifted two years into the future; where characters, settings, even the premise itself, seemingly changed overnight. It was a bold decision that may fundamentally alter the direction of the popular zombie series forever.

Of course you’ll have to tune in every Friday night at 9/8 Central to see where this roller-coaster is heading. But our friends at Zombie Cast recently had the opportunity to sit down with Craig Engler; one of the co-creators and writers for the program. They talked about this exciting new direction, and much more, on the latest episode of their weekly podcast.

Season 4 begins with a mind-bending jump in time. Murphy and Warren find themselves alive in Zona, the zombie-free playground for billionaires. Meanwhile, the rest of our heroes are fighting alongside the last of the humans against the mutated Zombie Virus and the unkillable “MAD-Z’s.” Warren’s mysterious dream of a black rainbow and flesh-eating black rain propels the season forward and puts our heroes in the middle of an even worse Zompocalypse.

Craig discusses the new season of Z Nation, some of the series’ most popular celebrity guest stars (including George R.R. Martin), and his work on the recent comic book prequel from Dynamite Entertainment. It’s the perfect pre-game show before tonight’s episode; so grab your survival gear, and strap yourselves in for Zombie Cast – the best podcast in the world!

We’ve embedded the interview below; but you can also visit the official Zombie Cast website or subscribe via iTunes, Talk Shoe, or Stitcher for brand new episodes. Fans are also invited to tune in live at AllGames radio every Monday night at 8/7 Central for the latest zombie news!

Just make sure that you’re watching the SyFy channel every Friday night at 9/8 Central to witness the latest episode of Z Nation, because it’s going to be one heck of a ride! You can even catch up on the entire season for free simply by visiting the official website. Or check out Z Nation right now on Facebook and Twitter for the latest details, news, and information.

  1. Started out silly and has become slightly better then t”The Walking Dead” Eliminate the pro liberal agenda and tell a better story of survival and this show could win an Emmy. Not kidding.

  2. Not impressed and too far out.
