ZOMBIES IN POP CULTURE COMIC-CON PANEL

Our friends at the Daily Dead have posted the entire Zombies in Pop Culture panel online courtesy of Alexandre Philippe! The event was featured recently at Comic-Con 2013 and features a number of today’s authorities on the undead.

Our very own Matt Mogk hosted fellow Zombie Research Society advisory board members Max Brooks and Scott Kenemore, as well as author Steven Schlozman, neuroscientist Bradley Voytek, journalist Aaron Sagers and Daily Dead blogger Jonathan James to discuss the recent explosion and popularity of zombies in current pop culture.

These experts examined everything from apocalyptic preppers and cosplay to the origin of the modern zombie. With such an amazing group of speakers from across the entire spectrum; this panel proved to be the ultimate zombie event at Comic-Con this year!

We’ve embedded the videos below, but please feel free to visit the Daily Dead for the original article and all of your daily zombie, horror and sci-fi news!
