Well, this odd little trailer for an upcoming Chinese video game has certainly been making the rounds lately! Not so much because of the game itself, but because of the strange and hilarious intro from tattoo legend Rick Genest, also known as Zombie Boy.
While the cutscenes and cinematics look impressive, the actual in-game footage appears incomplete and subpar. Of course, for a game reportedly in development for more than three years… what do you expect?
War of Zombie (AKA “WOZ”) is Vertigo Games’ second FPS title. “WOZ” is a traditional type of FPS shooter but with Zombie mode game plays and highly intelligent AI to create a new standard in FPS genre (To be released in 2012).
War Of Zombie was supposedly developed by Vertigo Games strictly for the Chinese market, which may help explain some of the trailer’s eccentricities including the fragmented “Engrish” and use of nearly every super-trendy buzz word imaginable! So, are you ready for the “thrilling atmosphere exciting feeling of killing and simple operation” of this “genuine American-style zombie shooting game”?
