MAX BROOKS SPEAKS AT OHIO STATE

Students at Ohio State University are getting a very special treat next week as the Ohio Union Activities Board presents 10 Lessons for Surviving the Zombie Apocalypse Featuring Max Brooks! The bestselling author of The Zombie Survival Guide and World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War will be on-hand Monday evening to discuss some of the best strategies for surviving the inevitable zombie apocalypse.

Urban Gaming Club and OUAB are proud to bring Max Brooks. Max Brooks is considered by many to be one of the world’s foremost Zombie preparedness experts. As we all know, the world we live in has become a rather scary place, and the global increase in the number of Zombie attacks isn’t helping matters any. According to the Office of Homeland Security, Brooks is the preeminent authority on dispatching the relentless, flesh-eating armies of Zombies that seem to be everywhere these days.

10 Lessons for Surviving the Zombie Apocalypse Featuring Max Brooks will take place at the Ohio Union Performance Hall, and more information can be found online at the official OUAB event page. Unfortunately, this is a ticketed event and a valid student ID will be required to enter. But hey, it’s a college town… I’m sure somebody around there can whip up a few fake IDs!

Anyway, tickets were released to Ohio State students late last week and any remaining seats will be available by visiting the Ohio Union Information Center. The event itself kicks off at 7:30pm, but the doors actually open around 6:30pm. So don’t be late, your very survival may depend on it!
