ULTIMATE ZOMBIE SHELTER FOR SALE?

A Cold War-era bomb shelter in South Florida is being called the ultimate man cave by the real estate agency currently listing it for sale, but we think it just might make an even better zombie shelter.

From the photos seen above and below, you can see that it’s partially covered by piled earth and features a long 30-inch thick concrete retaining wall at its front. You literally have to mow the grass on the roof!

Located along the Florida Turnpike, the structure was originally built by AT&T in 1967 to serve for shelter and to maintain communications in the case of any catastrophic event.  Long since abandoned by AT&T, it was sold to a group of investors in 2005 and who now want to sell it to you.

So if you like what you see, and you’ve got $500,000 worth of loose change hanging around, then you might want to look into making this property the cornerstone of your zombie survival plan. Check out more pictures and info HERE.

What do you think of the place?

Is there an escape route? Unless you have a way to escape from the shelter in case somehow a Zombie did get in here, then I wouldn’t buy it. An escape route, as in a tunnel or an back secure door at least.

  2. It there like agenerator?

  3. Looks like the inside of an old Aperture Science building.
